Findings:

CBCT scan of LR678 taken. There appears to be occlusal caries in the UR7 and possibly the LR7. LR67 have no periapical radiolucencies.

The LR8 is horizontally impacted, with two roots which appear to be fused. The inferior dental canal is narrowed and has a tight contact with the lingual surface of the apical half of the LR8 roots and then runs below the LR8 tooth. The canal is approximately 2.5mm below the mesial cemento-enamel junction of LR8. The findings indicate an intimate relationship between the canal and LR8.
