Findings:

UL1-7 region has moderate loss in vertical alveolar ridge height with no abnormalities seen (Image 2).

UR1-4 region has moderate and UR5-7 severe loss in vertical alveolar ridge height with no abnormalities seen (Image 3).

The floor of both maxillary sinuses demonstrate mild localised mucosal thickening.

The left and right internal carotid arteries of the cavernous sinus have calcifications of the vessel walls (circled on Image 4). An appearance such as this is suggestive of atherosclerosis. Further evaluation is recommended, including Doppler ultrasound to look at the blood flow and pressure in the arteries. Left untreated the patient is at greater risk of a cerebral vascular accident..
