Findings:
5 dental implants are present at sites UR4, UR6, UR7, UL3 an UL5. There is reduced height around the implant at UR6 site. The UR4 implant is buccally positioned and exposed out from the buccal cortex (Image 2).
The UL5 implant is palatally positioned and exposed out from the palatal cortex (Image 3).
The UL3 is impacted in a mesio-angular direction. The crown is palatally positioned and contacts the roots of the UL1 and UL2. The root of the UL3 has an intimate relationship with the buccal cortex with the apex in contact with the nasal floor (Image 4).
The implant at site UL3 contacts the root of the impacted UL3 (Image 5).
Estimate bone volume measurements are provided for the UL6 site (Image 6).
Mild mucosal thickening is seen in the wall and floor of both sinuses. The left turbinates are enlarged (Image 7).
