Findings:

The UR8 is unerupted with roots forming, positioned palatal to UR7. The UR7 is fully formed, unerupted, near vertical orientation with a palatal tilt of the crown relative to the roots. The UR7 is impacted against UR8 and UR6. The UR8 roots and UR7 roots are touching the sinus floor (images 1 and 2).

The UL8 is unerupted with roots forming, positioned palatal to UL7. The UL7 is fully formed, unerupted, near vertical orientation with a palatal tilt of the crown relative to the roots. The UL7 is impacted against UL8 and UL6. The UL8 roots and UL7 roots are touching the sinus floor (images 3 and 4).
