Findings:
- There is no evidence of periapical pathology associated with any of the teeth.
- The posterior teeth are heavily restored.
- The remaining teeth have mild generalized alveolar bone loss due to periodontal disease.
- The left nasopharynx has a large well defined soft tissue mass 19 x 19 x 32 mm (Image 2). Review by an ENT surgeon is needed.
