Our clinical team will prepare a study that includes: a panoramic curve, custom reconstructed 3D, highlighting the inferior dental canal, and image rotation according to the area of interest.
Findings:
- The UR1, UR3 and UL4 are absent. The UR3 and UL4 spaces are closed.
- At the UR1 region, the buccal bone is concave and the bucco-palatal width is narrow (Image 2).
- The UR2 is deformed and has a kink in the root (Image 3).
- Caries suspected in UR8.
- The UL7 is heavily restored and has a periapical radiolucencies indicating periapical pathology. It has three roots with one visible root canal in each root. The maxillary sinus floor is slightly elevated, thinned and possibly perforated above the UL7 periapical pathology (Image 4).
- The right maxillary sinus is clear except for a very small polyp or mucosal thickening near the sinus ostium (Image 5).
- The left sinus demonstrates mild mucosal thickening suggestive of possible mild odontogenic sinusitis.
- The ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses are clear.
