Findings:
- Four endosseous implants are present at LR4, LR2, LL2, and LL4 sites.
- The LL2 and LR2 implants have total loss of osseointegration (Image 2).
- There are fractures of the mandible in the LL2 and LR2 regions (Image 2). These may be pathological fractures.
