Findings:

  • There is an irregular in shape mixed density entity associated with the apices of 46. (Image 2)
  • The entity presents with an irregular in shape high-density centre surrounded by a 2-3 mm thick low-density band.
  • This is a focal osseous dysplasia in contact with 46. This is a self-limiting benign dysplastic process that does not require any additional assessment.
